Or another of my go to picnic dishes is Pasta Salad with cooked, drained and cooled gluten free pasta, fresh chopped basil and tomatoes, sprinkled with sea salt and drizzled with olive oil. I also love to make my own gluten-free vegan granola bars or energy balls. They're easy to make ahead of time and pack for the picnic. My recipe includes gluten-free quinoa flakes, nut butter, maple syrup, and some chopped nuts or dried fruit. They're the perfect snack to keep you fueled up throughout the day. Finally, for a sweet treat, I like to make a gluten-free vegan fruit tart. It's a beautiful and refreshing dessert that's perfect for a picnic.
